aureus RE. Managing Director Roland Werft can look back on more than 25 years of successful real estate practice. As an industrial engineer, he worked in medium-sized and large consulting companies, such as the agiplan group, and among other things as a project engineer in the construction and commissioning planning of Munich Airport. Furthermore, as Head of Real Estate Management and Managing Director, he was responsible for corporations such as Daimler, Deutsche Telekom and Bilfinger. He has been working in the health care asset class since 2010, before joining aureus RE. founded. Two years later, in 2016, cores RE. as a separate brand alongside aureus RE. posed. In the cores RE. is bundled among other things the marketing of the self-developed cost estimation apps.

Parallel to these entrepreneurial activities, he held lectures for 8 years in the Real Estate Asset Management and Corporate Real Estate Asset Management courses at the IRE | BS Real Estate Academy.

In his free time, Roland Werft is a charitable member of the LIONS Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
